The specific and primary objectives and purposes of this corporation are charitable and educational, meeting the requirements for exemption provided by Section 23701d of the California Revenue and Taxation Code and Section 501(c)(3) of the lnternal Revenue Code of 1986, and namely, to engage in the solicitation, receipt and administration of property and from time to time to disburse such property and the income therefrom for other charitable purposes, as the Board of Directors of this corporation shall from time to time determine.
